Site analysis and Layout

  1. We begin by conducting a survey and obtaining a soil engineer’s report to ensure your home is designed with the best possible approach for your land.

  2. From there, we develop initial concept designs and provide cost estimates tailored to your specific needs and preferences for your approval.

  3. Once you're happy with the design, we handle all the required paperwork and guide you to the next exciting step — your colour and prestart consultation.
